In 2017, Matt was expecting his first child and it became clear something needed to change if he ever wanted to see his family. It was time to put his entrepreneurship degree from Ball State to use! He set off to grow and develop a business based on being Family First, Pursuing Excellence, Improving Lives, Dedication to Fulfilling Commitments, and Sense of Humor.

In 2023, MWRR started a Community Spotlight program, to help create awareness of some of the amazing organizations in our community. As part of this initiative, MWRR matches up to $1,000 in donations to the monthly highlighted organization.
